As someone who is aiming to pursue art as a career and a passion there are no word I can use to describe the heights Ichiko Aoba has reached, its beyond her being a good guitar player or an astounding singer even beyond her own heart wrenching compositions, she has definitely not reached her peak as an artist but I am convinced that there are almost no other humans alive who can express their whole identity and give such specific and vulnerable images through their music, art as a concept is such a deep inescapable hole that the sheer thought can be scary and especially lonely, being naked to your own feeling and searching for value in them to create a medium is both what makes it beautifully human and scarily fragile. Thus the existence of a woman with such caring and free art make me not only feel company but shows there is a path forward, I am sure most people feel this way. With the closure of my 18th birthday and my advancement to art school I hope everybody can feel something with this masterpiece. Thank you Ichiko Aoba / 心から感謝しています

Most people don't even get it...at least in my country. I show people Ichiko and they are bored because it's not ego driven shallow party music. Ichiko's music comes from the deepest part of the soul, and to really hear her, you yourself need to be in touch with your own soul, and I think most American's are not. The culture is very materialistic and the popular music is pure ego. I listen to Ichiko more with my heart than anything, I feel her music in my soul, I understand her without understanding Japanese, I just feel her beautiful beautiful soul through her music. She is really something special, in my top 3 musicians who've ever walked this earth. You feel her, you understand her too, you are in touch with your soul. Use that part of yourself to make art and you will move mountains.

I'm very grateful that I accidentally listened to your song because of a youtube recommendation. I'm having too much anxiety right now, and your song is helping me cope with it. I cried like a baby because your voice reminded me of my mother's humming when I couldn't sleep as a child. I love you so much. Thank you very much, Ichiko Aoba ❤️

Seabed eden is my favorite piece of 21st century music. Nothing comes even remotely close. And when I think about it, it might actually be my favorite piece of music ever, and that includes all my beloved classical music that I mostly listen to. It resonates with me on a deeper level than anything else I've ever come across. I've wanted to post a comment here for a long time, but I always felt like no words would suffice. I've heard this song probably a hunded times already, yet it still gives me goosebumps and brings tears to my eyes. It describes so much that I've never been able to name or express. I'm so glad she got such a huge applause afterwards.

As a child, I really wanted to play guitar or drums, but rn I'm kinda just forced to play saxophone. So I just hate being stuck with something that I myself hate.. I've tried so many times to see if I still had that spark for my saxophone, but nothing. I keep on crying to my parents whenever I can't play a song that they like. Ichiko Aoba has helped me let out my emotions whenever I'm alone, or can't feel anything myself. Thank you.

May I recommend you try effects pedals? They can let you radically change the tone of your instrument and make it sound like other instruments. Or just add lovely embellishment of the saxophone sound with reverb and echo. You will need a microphone into an adapter into the pedals into an amplifier or PA system.

This song it's just so perfect, everything about it, to the key it's played in, down to the vocals. Everything is just so wonderful. The lyrics of the song are written in Japanese and describe a dream-like state of being surrounded by endives, a type of leafy vegetable. The meaning of the song is open to interpretation, but many listeners have interpreted it as a reflection on the fleeting nature of life and the search for meaning in the midst of uncertainty. Some have also suggested that the endives in the song could symbolize growth, change, or the passage of time. Ultimately, the meaning of the song is up to the listener to decide based on their own interpretation and personal experiences.
