ICJ to rule on SA's case against Israel

The International Court of Justice will hand down its ruling in South
Africa's latest application for more provisional measures against
Israel for its actions in Gaza.
Last week, the South Africal legal team argued that Israel is guilty
of genocide for they way in which it has killed Palestinians in Gaza.
University of Johannesburg's Prof. Hennie Strydom says the point that
South Africa presented was the prevention of humanitarian aid from
reaching Palestinians, which he says it's a strong argument.

With respect, you sound unfamiliar with how courts - national or international, operate. The notion that an accused 'doesn't have the time' (for any reason, including being @ war) is not relevant or a defence against accusations. Neither does a court 'have prior dialogue or discussions' with an accused .... that's the function of the court proceeding. Where the accused can present their defence, call their own witnesses, refute evidence against themselves, argue their case, & have a judge or jury assess it all before making an independent judgement, based on facts & 'beyond reasonable doubt'.
