ICOM R10. Very good sensivity - Satcom pirates RX just by telescope antenna

Those ICOMS are great. I picked up the MIR space station with my ICOM IC-rR2 on Feb. 24, 1997. That is the day they had the fire so there was a lot of activity. I was just using the stock antenna.

What I miss at this model is lack of bank link during sanning and low scan speed in memory mode. But it's communication receiver - not scanner. I had also R20 ... But if you don't need SSB the best one is Icom R6. One of the most sensitive RX I own started from HF to UHF. As well scan speed is very high.
