I applaud you for admitting when you are uncomfortable but still moving forward with trying new products and sharing with us! I have oily skin as well and have grown to love specific cream products as they really do blend into the skin well! As long as a have a good setting powder and spray, I am set! If I freshen up my makeup for the evening I reapply with all powder products on top and it helps extend the look.

Moomoo cracks me up! I also have a young rescued kitty (she’s about a year, hard to know for sure since she was an outside stray) and I’d forgotten what it was like to have a “kitten” around since my other 2 are like 8? 9? They’re rescues too so that’s a best guess. So many laughs as they learn to navigate their new world 🥰 love her to pieces and cannot imagine her not being here now.

Actually that’s called, “under painting” when u do yr contour & blush 1st cream products under yr foundation! I do it all the time! I luv how u did yr makeup w/the Iconic London cream palette! Applaud yourself! Yr good @ it! This was a really great Icon Box! U received great items! I love everything u got! Especially the Morphe Face Mist, the First Aide Beauty Pads, the GA mask, that $130 moisturizer looks amazing! Oh & the JLO beauty Lip mask/balm! U did awesome! That perfume is supposed to be delicious! But, everything was amazing! TFS! Thanks the tryon portion! Can’t wait to see yr sister vs sister video! This was such awesome Icon box! Enjoy it all! With cream I had to practice doing more of a padding motion vs sweeping. ❤ Just to make it easier. Another trick is to get some on the brush and tap it off on your hand before going to your face to prevent over doing it. 🥰 You did a great job! Cream was hard for me to learn! If you go overboard take your foundation brush and gentle blend around it to soften it.

Putting contour, bronzer and blush on first is called underpainting. You can do it either way. Great box. Have a wonderful week ❌️ ⭕️

I have that Grown Alchemist mask and it is wonderful for travel! It really helps to soothe stressed skin, especially when you're lacking sleep, post flight, etc. I also really love it as a recovery mask after being out in the sun or in the water (pool/ocean, etc). Just rebalances everything and brings life back to the skin!

Lovedo1 is John Legend’s brand. They say it Loved One which is kind of cute. MooMoo doesn’t want blush. She wants to play with the tassels on your wall hanging and shred it to pieces. 😂. I make this guess because that’s what my cat has done over and over. MooMoo is adorable 🥰

I did my choices for Icon Box yesterday. I’m really excited for it. I can’t tell you the last time where the was multiple items in each choice category that I wanted! In my first choice, i couldn’t choose between the Commodity perfume and the Makeup Forever Finishing Powder. I chose the perfume and picked up the finishing powder in Add Ons Actually, all the items I wanted were in Add Ons so my Icon Box when it arrives will be packed. I spent $110 in Add Ons but the retail value was just under 400. I am extremely happy. 😊

I'm getting older lol the cream products don't seem to settle in my fine lines. Anyhow I just wanted to say love your videos! I love that your honest and I think you did a good job!! 😊

My box with my beauty boost was worth $567!!! I was disappointed that I didn't get an eyeshadow palette in the box bc they were advertising the IL makiage 8 pan palette, but my beauty boost was a natasha denona face palette so that definitely made up for it.

You got an excellent PR box Katrina! That fragrance is a brand new release from Commodity. I was sooooo hoping for that in my box but it didn’t happen 😢. It wasn’t even in my choices. But maybe they see that every time there is a fragrance in the add ons I am buying them lol. When you were putting the cream on first I thought you were going to do under painting but you would have needed to go darker with the cream then put your foundation on and then your normal products. I don’t understand under painting. I think it’s a whole waste of product and time lol. You did good putting it on. That blush is really pretty on you. I think you should use this palette more often to practice using the cream products so you can get comfortable with them. Even having oily skin cream products shouldn’t make you shy away from them nowadays. The cream products are made much better than a few years ago. And you can always set with a light dusting of setting powder if it will help. Come on Katrina I wanna see you in a couple months doing a full face using cream products. I have faith in you. You know a heck of a lot about makeup and skincare so I think you would master it in no time. ♥️

I’m surprised they have Commodity Juice in the box as it’s only been released like 1-2 months ago!!! I also LOVE the FAB radiance pads & use them constantly. I find they really help with gently exfoliating my skin without drying my skin out.

Loved the contour! I've done that before where I'm not thinking & put concealer 1st then foundation, instead of the other way around. You got a lot of products for the price. Love the print of the top you are wearing it's giving me Swedish/ German Folk art vibes.😍

The John Legend brand is more a drug store brand and the price point is to low for the Icon box. His brand is around the 18 dollar range. The beauty brands are probably what Chrissy uses in her skin care and make up routines. Just a thought!😊

You are the first content creator that I've seen get the perfume. You can wear cream products under or over your foundation so don't feel stupid. When you wear it under foundation it's called underpainting.

I was very happy with the choices this time. I'm excited for my box. I used to watch your videos a lot but I want to give some feedback. Seems you've changed your set up and I haven't been watching you as much since you started looking up at what I assume is a monitor or viewfinder. You don't look at the camera as much. I haven't seen anyone comment on this but I find it distracting/less engaging and as a result have been watching your videos less lately solely because of this. I really like watching you (and your sister) for ipsy/boxycharm specifically but when you don't look at the camera it's less connection to the viewer. Honestly just some constructive feedback. Not trying to be mean/rude.
