All of these songs were hits in the 90s, except Crazy Town's "Butterfly" which belongs to the 00s, although their album "The Gift of Game" was released in November 1999; but Butterfly as a single was released at the end of October 2000, and reached number 1 on Billboard in March 2001. Therefore Butterfly was a hit in the 00s and not the 90s.

She transitioned from her 80's pop sound to her 90's R&B sound with 2 albums: Erotica (1992) and Bedtime Stories (1994). Ray of Light (1998) marked her transition from her 90's R&B sound to her late 90's/early 2000's electronic sound.

#4 Robyn "Show Me Love" fun fact. She was actually chosen to have Britney Spears music career by Jive Records. Robyn's then boyfriend didn't want her to move to America to launch her music career. So Robyn turned it down & that's how Britney Spears got her big break. Can you imagine? "Oh Baby Baby, Hit Me One More Time" by Robyn? Robyn would have nailed it. I love Britney Spears but Robyn has a way better singing voice by far. Robyn could have been world famous if she chose Jive Records over her now exboyfriend. Talk about missed opportunity.
