Look at time 107 , this was poorly welded together to the point it looks like it was planned to fail in the future. Also note how straight the cuts are and the rust, these cuts were done at install not in the field.

Looking at time 107 , I'm betting the welds fatigued and failed, there is very little of a weld there. Look at the very straight cut and the rust, this was not done on site as it is too straight.

So you believe that the artist, the person who created it, didn't realize that there was a weld there? That he set it up on the hill in the first place but just forgot? You should see a doctor for those delusions.

@@mattbosley3531 What I'm saying is this was likely a planned failure. Have any competent welder / metal worker look at the break and get back to me. ( BTW, I have 45 + years in and around the auto repair business as well as having welded lots of items, I know what a bad / non existent weld looks like )
