I have the secret camouflage.. I like to start with the light shade and apply some to the back of my hand then wipe off the excess on the brush then mix in some of the darker shade on the back of my hand and build it up too I get the correct match. I will say though that the darker shades in the secret camo run slightly red/orange so when mixed with my sc-1 it turns it more neutral and slightly more darker. It's a tough one. I find it's best to blend on the back of the hand to avoid messing up the product.

I just purchased the Laura Mercier concealer, and I scoop a little of each shade out with the handle of my concealer brush and I mix them both on the back of my hand to warm it up then I apply to the area that need coverage. Hope that helps.

The laura mercier makeup artist taught me to do four strokes in the darker, then put in on your hand, then the lighter one and put in on your hand and then you can tweak the colour that's on your hand by adding more light or dark :) it's so brilliant if you're tanned or pale because you can mix the light and dark so easily! x

With the Laura Mercier concealers I use the pinker shade for under the eyes and the more solid one for blemishes. The pinky one creases on me though as it's very creamy

Best daytime use of the Naked 3 I've seen! I'm also overwhelmed by the palette but this was such a nice subtle smokey eye with the colors I don't usually go for. icovetthee you should look into the Revlon Photoready 3D Volume mascara, my favorite drug store mascara- I keep going back to it.

When I bought my Secret Camouflage, the SA taught me to take one colour on one side of my concealer brush, and the other colour on the other side and mix them on the back of my hand to warm it up. It makes the product a little more pliable. Honestly though, I usually just use the two colours at different times in the year

With the secret camouflage you have to scoop a tiny bit of it onto the back of your hand and wait for it to warm and then it blends like a treat. It doesn't take long to soften

A Laura Mercier sales rep told me to use a flat brush, grab a bit of one colour on one side of the bristles, then turn it over and pick up a little of the other colour. Then you can mix the colours together on the back of your hand without making a mess in the pan. It really works for me and mixing it on your hand helps ensure that you've got a good colour going on. :)

It seems like the new packaging of Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder means that you get less product, but the product is a lot more pigmented? I have to keep building up the color with my old one, but it looks like yours went on so well! Loved this video, Alix :)
