I always said that after they built unit they decided they needed a control panel and made it as small as possible. the engineers need to have to work in the filed for a year so they can learn what we go through to work on this stuff.

Glad that worked out. Throw a 5 Minute time delay on that yellow wire for sure or program that stat with 5 min. time delay. In rush amps are Going to hammer his electric bill. holy Yikes on re start. Maybe check that capacitor too. i don't remember if u checked that cap.

2 questions, #1 Why didn't you put other screw in? They make longer Phillips screw drivers. #2 I hope you replaced the bracket you cut @ your expense, Slow down & look better, if that was my unit you cut like that i would be pissed.
