Great video - just create a flow chart with the boxes like he has and take your time. Also, when you are dealing with all the small screws it really helps to take your screwdriver and lightly run it across a magnet (take one from your refrigerator) 3-4 times... the screws will stick to your screwdriver.

towards the second to last step where i remove the four corner screws, im having trouble removing two of them. it looks as though they are being twisted off and they arent. its frustrating me and i dont know what else to do. you make it look so easy :(

@alaraza1 Yes it will be a problem, this video does not show you how to attach the LCD to a new screen, and as far as I know the Iphone 4 is set up so that you have to replace the screen and LCD assembly not just the screen.. This video only shows you how to replace the LCD screen assembly, you can buy the entire assembly online at a site like amazon or ebay for $30-40.

Hey, I may not be iCracked but the rubber piece your speaking of falls out of almost every phone i fix lol. it belongs on the top of the logic board right beneath the lcd\digi connection. the groove is where the logic board sits.

okay so effin amazon sold me the right screen but with the wrong screwdriver. I tried to unscrew one of the screws after removing the battery but it's all flat and any other screwdrivers won't fit :/ any suggestions/help plz?

Great design apple. only fifty million screws to take the entire back end out of the thing, just to replace the front screen. Don't get me wrong, I'm humbled by the technology, but what a joke. Great for apple I guess. Thanks for the video though. I just think the screen should be able to pry from the top and replace in a few easy steps with how often people break them..
