The rising and dropping bed needs a sensitive edge safety stop to prevent little kids or cripples from being surprised and crushed. Ditto for the elevator. You never know when somebody who is blind will be present.

Rising Furniture by Robert Van Embricqs, I thought I had designed and built some complicated wood projects but I don't know how I would even start Van Embricqs's furniture. They are beautiful .

TS 1:07 I knew about a descending bed but I didn't think about applying that same technique to storage. That is extremely useful for my future tiny home. TS 9:33 and 9:57 I'm always looking for space saving ideas for under the stairs. Thank you.

Most impressive: the elevator. The most potentially problematic: the under-vanity toilet simply because it would be hard to add bars or handles to accommodate people who have difficulty sitting down or getting up. Most of these can be divided into two groups- things that allow you to be neat (like under stairs storage) and things that require you to be neat (like having to make up concealed beds before stowing them). Many doubtless are expensive and could best be justified when considering buying or building a smaller residence where saving dollars per square foot or number of square feet, as in having a custom tiny house built, or an ADU (Auxiliary Dwelling Unit).

I loved the kitchen cabinet step stools. So many times I've had to dig out the step stool to reach higher shelves. Only problem is, where do you find the manufacturer and installations when you want one with new cabinets.

What is can make a house floor that can renovate by itself saving on abundance when you have to call in someone to renovate your house for you, every day you can change the look of your house, and what you put a protector around/over your house to stop all weathering from harming your home, and with this protector it will also put a security room inside your house

Let make a staircase that you can easily put in a wheelchair camp, because u never know when something drastic will happen, I think you should make these to get wheelchairs on planes, this will be better to get trollies on planes for flight attendants etc
