I am a beginner to woodwork, the main test I have with this bundle kzbin.infoUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt is that I think that its hard to settle on a choice of the plan and outline to use as there are a large portion of them there. Nonetheless, I like the simple stride to step directions laid out there.

I truly think that prefabricated homes are the way forward to overcome the obscene rent and mortgage costs these days resulting in homelessness, despite employed income. I live in a park home in the UK and have done now for fourteen years by choice. The lifestyle is absolutely great and I would not change it for anything.

And the fact that you can build homes like this for only 50,000 dollar is amazing. Even in Texas Homes start at 100,000 dollars They might be for lesser amount. Usually smaller older homes that has a lot of problems. Even to buy cheaper homes who have to have really good credit. Just imagine if homes like this become more popular. Houses will become more available for home buyers. Even for the homeless. I mean if the market becomes good in this type of home investments . We might just get programs were people are just giving them away to people in need. That will help out the housing crisis in america. We all should stand in support this.

There’s prefabricated homes in the U.K. that are still in use from the 1940’s that were built to house those who had lost their homes during the bombings of WW2

ABSOLUTELY. I've been in the Construction business for 30 years. It's like pulling teeth to get lenders to see the benefits of "people " owning homes "outside" the "normal process " why? Because the freaking lenders ROI is greatly reduced. It's a NEW IDEA. THE MONEY PEOPLE HATE WHEN THEY CANT MAKE MONEY ON "INTREST". If you seen the cusp of the new life style It's all about experiences not DEBT. WE THE PEOPLE >>>>Are beginning to DOWNSIZE. it's a reality of the new age of living. BE DEBT FREE.....EVERYONE REMEMBER WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS the BORROWER IS SLAVE TO THE LENDER.

I agree with Di. The homes are gorgeous in the information video. but I am do find that this particular video (as do others) lack the detailed information that is required such as suggested lot spacing, zoning, plumbing costs (estimates) electrical installation (paneling upgrades), foundation requirements and potential cost and lastly, the cost of shipment on average to tight back yards (crane costs etc). So much goes into the installation. These marketing videos are starting to feel like a timeshare presentation, you know the after you bought the marketing hype blues.

Your house is easy to break into. I'll come right through the wall of your house. Give me a chain saw and I'll cut a hole right through the concrete, siding, stucco, or what ever. There's a youtube video on a guy in Hong Kong who has a moving partition (think really large moving bookshelf). When it's moved to one side of the house, a murphy bed pops out and that side becomes the bedroom. in the morning, the murphy bed pops back in to the partition, then the partition is moved to the other side. Now a kitchen and eating space is created.

Hello, some of you are concerned about the cost. I can tell you it depends on the design. In 1998 I went to Ghana,West Africa to represent an American business who built prefab homes. After a couple years of combined selling, looking at perspective lands, I finally got a contract from the Government for $25,500,000 for 1000 prefab homes. However I had to send 3 prefab homes there first at their design. So I hope this answer your questions. Stay Safe
