Hi, I have 3 cameras like this, they have the same alarm settings and they don't ring or send notification during the set alarm period which is evening 9pm to 7am but when they are set to detect all day there it rings and sends an alarm notification. Mine won't get past the no 3g network. Tries to make me scan then it won't scan. I'm about to try to set it up from a laptop that's strictly wifi. Icsee has no help. I don't know how to not have a cellphone with only wifi. Tried everything

Looks like you can't setup using hotspot WiFi coming from the same phone you are using to setup. They should change the app to allow manual input of ssid. Is there another app that works with this camera?

iCSee is a manual, you choose the WiFi in the house where you live, or whatever it is. Not if you buy the camera with the iCSee App, no other App works.
