Yeah this is very good. I backtested it myself. Initially I got the time zone wrong and it didn't work. It has to be 9h50m NY time. It also works on GBPUSD. The FVG can even be replaced with percentage retracements. These retracements are proportional to an angle of the previous swing.

This is also exactly my bread and butter. One thing I noticed: most of the times a valid FVG is formed when liquidity is swept with the bodies of the candles also being higher/lower in direction of the sweep (opposite direction of the MSB) Can you confirm this? Or anyone? If you're interested let's discuss this anywhere. I would love to hear what you think about it. This is kinda my filter.

Backtesting data from 1 March to 31 March 2023 NAS100- 5L ; 3W for Total of: +2.71RR E mini Sp500 futures- 5L ; 3W for Total of: +0.58RR Both had 5 L and 3 W which is coincidence. Those are all the trades from 1March to 31 March, the rest of the days where with no valid setups. Also I'd like to add- that is in perfect case scenario- tested on Tradingview- no spreads and no commissions- pure backtesting. SL on the first FVG candle would very rarely work as the spreads would take you out in most cases.

I just backtested NAS100 in May, and the result is ~7.5R for 8 trades, 4 wins, 2 losses, 2 BE. And it's sometimes not crystal clear... So yeah, not the god strategy they are all selling :)

Why change the rules on example #2? Trading from order block instead of FVG (and no explanation why), stop not above the high (bullish candle had a high higher than the bearish next to it) and not targeting the low but going slightly past it? These *optimal* entries smack of hindsight analysis.
