Ya it helps but when abdomen is tight like this come compartment syndrome, it becomes difficult at times .

Pt obese and I’m doing lap case peak pressure going upto 32 do I change the settings and saw I had o2 and nitrous to maintain no inhalational and saturation dropping to 90 so taken on bag and increase the Fio2 and it came to 97 % I pulled the tube and decrease the cuff pressure but intermittently it’s happening what might be the reason and is it necessary to change the mode plz explain

difficult to suggest, can you test out inspiratory pause and check whether its high plateau pressure or peak pressure. may be this will give you some clue.
