Six Months at Sanaga-Yong Chimpanzee Rescue

"My time as a 6 month volunteer at SYCR was undeniably the most rewarding and incredible experience of my life. Unlike many volunteer programmes around the world, at SYCR you become a vital part of the team of dedicated staff working with their resident Chimpanzees.
I'd recommend volunteering at SYCR to anyone who has a passion for animals, wants to develop their understanding of animal care, but most importantly to anyone who simply wants to have an unforgettable experience. This video doesn't even begin to do it justice, but I hope that it will inspire someone to make the decision to pack up their bags and head out to Cameroon."
