Thank you for repeating the same tips, tricks, and advice in your different videos. David- I'm pretty good at modeling so I thought I'd try building a Corsair using a lot of your techniques. Well it turned out GREAT! BUT, the thing is... what you do in a 30 minute video took me 6 MONTHS!!! Oh well- it was worth it! And, once again you've proven yourself to be King of All Modelers!

17:41 with the lighter for scale took me by ABSOLUTE surprise. I had to rewind to see if it was actually that small when you were working on it! Easy to forget for a non-modeller that 1/72 is the realm of the watchmakers. Superb!

Another fantastic job, David!! You have such a deft hand with weathering! Your ability to portray mechanic's marks on panels is superb. 35+ year Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, here (C-130, C-141, C-5, C-123, C-119, B-17, P-40, AT-6, Beechcraft Bonanza, Waco YMF-5, Cessna 182D, Aeronca Chief, Piper Cub, and Cessna 140 were my primary aircraft.) You are definitely my favorite modeler on KZbin!

I still have a very old revell 1:72 of this airplane. I think I will throw it away forever. It's such a mess compared to this. Every time I open that little box I cry. No details whatsoever. All distorted and weird. And you are a monster as always.

Oh I really loved the idea of creating the leaks with diluted acrylic. It has those somewhat defined edges you see in real leaks, instead of the very faded and well blended you often see depicted in scale models

I wanted to finish this type of diorama this year but did not have time for it. One will be with a helicopter and then some planes. So there will be more of them.

I loved the production values of this video. They just keep getting better. I don' believe I will build this kit, but I surely enjoy watching your techniques. I notice that this is as close to OOB that you get, and that alone says an awful lot about the quality and details of the kit itself.

Sad coincidence. An Airacobra crashed into a B-17 in Texas on Saturday, two days after you posted this. Destroyed both planes killing 6 people.

This is a p-39, the plane that hit the b-17 was a p-63.
