@@slaws2279 She might have, but that seems unlikely because they point out that the voice she assumed at the time was Kaylee (seemingly just because she also heard Kaylee's dog) might have been Xana. They wouldn't say that if they were confident that sound travels well enough from room to room in the house for her to reliably distinguish different young adult same-sex voices. In my childhood houses, much smaller than theirs, all adult male voices sounded the same when heard from a different room.

Why does this host keep saying "a downstairs bedroom roommate"? NO. The document clearly states that DM's room was actually on the SECOND floor-- the same floor as Xana. She was on the same floor as the suspect and two victims when the crime happened. She was never on the first floor. It is clearly stated in the document.
@nataliev.149
@nataliev.149 Жыл бұрын
She was on the second floor bedroom closes to stairs to the first floor and bathroom, the kitchen and sliding door is closer to Xana’s bedroom which is also by the stairs to the third floor. The floor plans shows it. So Dylan probably heard Xana who might have met the killer in the kitchen when she was eating the food she ordered. Xana probably felt a present around the kitchen and she probably left the door unlocked by accident after grabbing her door dash. After she felt it she went to tell Ethan she think she saw someone in the kitchen. They both open the door and dude was standing there and he stabbed Xana first outside not sure why she didn’t scream then proceeded to stab Ethan who fought but lost. Then he came back for Xana and talk to her nicely so she wouldn’t scream? That he was going to help her ? Instead he stabbed her some more. Then he proceeded upstairs to stab Kaylee and Maddie who were found in their beds. Then his knife either broke or wasn’t working anymore so he came down saw Dylan but was in a stage of exhaust and no more useful weapon and he didn’t want to strangle ? So he left? Idk just my theory

Possible and the other reason is that I heard from some expert talking that criminals often like to return to the scene to see the reaction from police and the crowd. There is evidence to suggest he first went there and then came home and then turned his phone off later in the same amount of time it takes to go to the house and back and he likely went there again while police and a crowd of people gathered outside the house

But if I see a dude in a mask at 4am, I’m calling the police period. The only thing I can think is it’s normal if you live in a shared space in college you lock ur bedroom. I did it all the time. I never knew what rando dude someone was gonna bring home. @@cathyosborn9905 from what we now know, we are left to believe she heard crying from upstairs and moments later encounter an unidentified person in all black, wearing a mask, presumably soaked in blood, and carrying a knife before slipping out the back door. Those roommates bled to death for hours. A 911 call could’ve scared the killer to run away or he could’ve gotten caught before he kills all of them, the injured could’ve received medical help and transported to the hospital, but hiding and not doing anything about it was a very bad move. How doesn't it make sense? He got two of them in bed. Before they even knee what happened, they were gone. He them probably got the other girl, and then the guy. Probably only struggled with one. Maybe told them stfu and then stabbed the hell out of them and they went into shock? Or stabbed them I the lungs. This was a brutal stabbing. Not struggling and some cutting them etc etc. By all accounts they wer very deep stabs and violent. Maybe he stunned them? We just don't know, but it's certainly not impossible. He's 28 and armed. These were small girls and one 20 year old guy that were drunk. That knife was large. Doesn't take much. The thud was probably him knocking out someone. He boxed in the past. Then he probably stabbed that person? When you're not ready for someone coming in with a large knife, and you're drunk in bed, you're extremely vulnerable

She freezes as this would be a bit startling. She heard one of the victims crying & heard the suspect tell the victim “it’s ok I’m going to help you”. She heard the dog barking. She didn’t recognize the guy wearing all black & a mask. After she saw the guy that’s when she locked her bedroom door. Police found his footprint 👣 outside the door as well. Supposedly it said there was also a door dash order at 4am. He was gonna get them also. Also he circled the house 3-4 times before going inside. Caught in video. The DNA 🧬 was on the cover of the knife 🔪 he left on the victims bed. Still no weapon found. I think she just assumed positive instead of negative. She heard cries, she saw the murderer walking off. She froze and didn't say anything. Her instincts saved her. If she had asked him questions, he would have finished her off too. She didn't assume roommates were dead just by hearing cries, no one would. That goes to show the expertise of killer in killing smoothly enough not to make much sounds. All she assumed was an intruder or visitor walked in the house but now he's gone and the upstairs roommate was crying but now she's not , meaning things been sorted out. If something was wrong, the other four roommates would have said something or came after the man. Who would assume four were dead just by hearing little sounds. She didn't understand the significance of what she heard and saw in that moment. Didn't connect dots in right way. And I think it's mostly because being a party house, it's not unusual to hear sounds and see strangers in.

Please people let's not be harsh to the surviving roommate. She didn't understand the significance of what she saw and heard during the moment. She assumed positive and she assumed wrong. It's good she's alive despite opening up the door and see the murderer walking off, I think he just let her live because he didn't saw her as a threat. If she had started asking him questions, he would have killed her too. So her lack of presence in the moment saved her. I don't think she could have known the real situation as we do now . If she had known, she would have called police. only things we can accuse her of is of not checking on her roommates if she heard them cry but that also depends on the usual behaviour people had in that house. I don't think she went to sleep knowing there was a killer in house. She just assumed there was an intruder or visitor but since nobody came downstairs, she assumed they are ok and if there was trouble they would tell her . They are dead is last thing she would assume by hearing crying sounds. The surviving roommate in chay omega murders had committed suicide due to survivors guilt. It is interesting to observe these comments. The majority finds all kind of imaginary, partly insane explanations for odd details that end up with Bryan being the killer and a sick monster, but for the person that didn't call the police, they find all kinds of explanations that assume the best for her. While I think none of the two should be treated like they're guilty for the time being, "assuming there was an intruder" and "thinking everyone is ok and if there was trouble they would tell her" combined with "hearing crying sounds" is something you should think about a second time. I personally don't think I'd blindly assume everything is okay in this scenario, would you?

I just will NEVER understand why the roommate who saw the man just after the killings waited so damn long to call police and even got on social media and made calls to friends before calling 911. There’s just no “real” excuse for that. What if one of those killed could have been saved? Some people survive a stabbing if they don’t bleed out rapidly. Again, I just feel like I need an answer as to why there was NO CALL made when a masked man, that scared you so much you froze and then locked your door, didn’t necessitate a call to 911.

After 6 years of college, unless BK had scholarships, he probably had a lot of student debt and had no spare money to rent a car for the crime. Is it possible that both BK and his father are on the spectrum? BK is supposedly intelligent but very socially awkward, he says inappropriate things, over-explains things, comes across as being arrogant (is perhaps clueless that he is perceived this way - or is he truly a narcissist?), and his father seems odd as well. BK’s sister is a psychologist yet she didn’t notice any unusual tendencies with him?!! Will be interesting to see BK’s relationship with his family members. Was his sister a “favored child”, adding to his resentment against women? His former classmates said BK was a heroin addict. Perhaps his parents went broke trying to get him clean. Would a history of addiction have kept him from being accepted into the police academy he tried to get into? While working as a security guard, how was BK perceived by others & what were his experiences? The witnesses that are brought to court to testify about his personality and character will bring light.
