He's made up a story and tells it like fact. The trial didn't really start yet. How is this ok. Why is it on this channel
@ColFlustered5 ай бұрын
Law and Crime is full of speculation before and after trials have concluded. They even seem to speculate on facts that were already proven in court, but I don't think they care. They just want the clicks... innocent until proven guilty is one of the most important factors of our judicial system, and a channel providing law and trial coverage should know that. It's unbelievable. I usually just watch trial coverage and ignore the other videos, but I had to click to see if anyone else had the same thoughts I did about this...

Also, the surviving roommate said she first heard what sounded like Kaylee playing with her dog then said outloud "someone is here". But the dog was found in Kaylee's room while she was with Maddie in her room. Could it have been BK going to Kaylees room first and upon finding the dog went to the next bedroom (Maddie)? Alternatively, I remember a big wooden letter M right in Maddie's bedroom window which could be seen from the side street, revealing exactly where her bedroom was located. He's made up the majority of that, he doesn't know what Bryan is thinking or any of the victims were thinking. I don't get this whole thing that the defence requesting the evidence is anything more than their rightful understandable entitlement. Any evidence that isn't supplied can't be used in the trial.

They should give free books to all people that live in Idaho. Ann has no intentions of this case ever going to court. She is going to draw this case out for years. Seed the jury pool.

Highly dangerous to invite a writer, a novelist to share their ‘theory’. Just check Marguerite Duras about the ‘little Gregory’ case in France 🇫🇷

Blum wrote a fictional tale based on speculation. The idea that anyone is taking this as fact is preposterous.

How has he got these details? Are they facts? Doesn’t this effect the trial?

If you bothered and actually listened to this before commenting, you'd know the answers to these questions. 🙄

@@noriandpets that’s a helpful and haughty response 😂

Comments are really unfair to the author. Thus us his opinion from ppl close to suspect. You don't have to buy his book. But stop running with the lies, rumors and fake news that is all over the internet.

Shamelessly promoting that garbage.

This guy is just making up a story before the evidence has even been heard. Why is this channel supporting this fanciful gossip? So unprofessional and disrespectful of the families, the legal process, and your audience. Purely about money generation.

What an injustice to the victims - this book will be in a motion to dismiss this case, mark my comment.
