Flat owners dont pay maintainance for common areas.. electricity..water...on time(.Apt.had 12 Flats)

1. Individual house inside bengaluru city is best. Even though rate is high.(3 crore for 30×40) 2. If budget is low, better to purchase apartment or flats in bengaluru city (1 crore) 3. Purchasing outside city/bengaluru is not worth! Because availability of resources will be less . Like nandini milk booth, vegetables,specific fruits,malls,fancy shops, good hotels, clothes shops,medicals,importantly Good hospital & schools nearby. 4. Outside city/bengaluru- charm of city wont be there! 5. Outside city/ outside bengaluru- safety will be very less , roads will not be proper, no street lights,no cctv , no traffic rules applicable there, lots of animals on roads including leopards! Cannot go outside after 6pm or before 9am ! Whereas inside city its different, can roam without fear at midnight also! 6. Purchasing in Tier 2 city is not a good one. 7. Dont purchase Villas!
