That is a good question, Gowtham. Circular reference in MS Excel create multiple issues including the following: (i) Presence of circularity makes the file difficult to debug. When you try to find the source of the problem, it might bring you back to the same cell where you first encountered the problem. (ii) It will not point out any unintentional circular reference that we have given, and (iii) If the problem does not have a real solution, instead of telling you that, it will give you a wrong answer.
