When in my world, I found pink sheeps after killing them repeatedly and they just kept spawning so when we ran out of pink sheeps we used 2 of those immortal sheeps to repopulate them.

The 4 striders riding one-another isn't a 1 in 40 chance, it's a 1/10^3 or 1/1000 chance according to what you said about there being a 10% chance of a baby strider spawning on top of a normal one because the second strider must spawn for the third to have the possibility to and so on, the chance exponentiates with each new strider in the stack, it doesn't add together to 40.

To get deepslate coal ore you can see that stone slowly turns to deepslate it the caves big enough so coal can spawn in between the little crack and you can get both variants at once so like at 4:39

Back when I used to play MC, I found several triple spawners. We also found 6 cave spawner farmers in a close enough range to make an XP farm. Friend of mine made the XP farm and you could get to level 30 in like 1 minute.

One time when I was going to my netherite mine, I found this chiseled blackstone block next to it and I thought it was part of the bastion next to my netherite mine. Sometime while going to my netherite mine, accidentally dug the chiseled blackstone block and found chains under it. I knew thet chains weren't a part of a bastion. So a dug a bit more then I found out it was an underground ruined portal. When I looted the chest, I found a bell. I thought that bells were common but now I know that bells are rare in item form.
