Multi select with TOOL: Highlight an object as normal, then with ALT pressed, select any additional objects - then resize or adjust as you'd like! Easy peasy.

I love all the clutter in this house - it is super cute! To multi select with tool select one item then press ALT and then select the second item! 💓💓

PS: You can use TOOL to clone items (EG: You've already sized something differently and you want copies of that new size.) With the item highlighted/selected, hold SHIFT+ALT to duplicate; if you want a duplicate in exactly the same spot just reclick the highlighted object while holding shift+alt or if you'd like it elsewhere just click on the ground (or whereever) while holding shift+alt.

Just one key on your keyboard, hold alt. 😊 also I'm very indecisive as well. I cut out most of it from my yt videos lol . I really love the color scheme you ended up with for the exterior ❤ it's nice to know I'm not the only very indecisive builder and it takes me hours to build anything in the Sims 😂 I just built a massive ranch that took me 3 days. Also if my game crashes I tend to give up on a build too 😅

This house is really nice! I live in Massachusetts and this colonial family style house is very common here in the suburbs I love them.

Question for you since I'm indecisive as well, do you use the save lot button a lot while you build? As a way to see what the lot is going to look like before you are happy with the exterior? If you don't I apologize if you're about to be hooked on doing that. Hitting the that button is like looking in the mirror for your build exterior and I do it a lot lol I cut that out of my videos of course 😂

lovely build! this looks so much like the houses i grew up near, so you really nailed the american suburban look ^^ and as for grouping items in tool, iirc if you click items with the 'alt' key it should allow you to select more items than just one! from there you can just move, rotate, scale, etc as you normally would, but it gets applied to all objects in the group. if you haven't already, i recommend checking out twistedmexi's tutorial video on the tool mod! i found it very helpful when i first started using it :>
