Hello po, hopefully mapansin it's quite a challenge po kasi to find peg designs based sa needed kong look: - elevated (since flood-prone area) - duplex (since hati kami ng sister ko sa 78 sqm lot) - 2 bedrooms, 1 t&b, room for wfh set-up, with rooftop or balcony - modern contemporary More power po sa YT niyo🎉🎉🎉
