I just meditated through this entire album, I must say it was an experience. By no means is this everyday listening music. At first through my meditation I was thinking, "this is giving me so much anxiety how can one even think to meditate through this". After 5 minutes or so the anxiety faded. I began to find humor in all the random unorthodox sounds passing through my ears. I realized a bit later that this is actually really great for meditation. How can my mind wander when my mind doesnt even know what's happening. Totally in the moment, I accepted the sounds as a peice of my reality. I felt happy I could be at peace with something so hectic. It was like nothing could really frighten me or make me anxious. Is it so crazy to appreciate something like that?

But seriously. Maybe you found what you needed in life? Who knows. But if you think just casual listening is an intense and cathartic experience. Maybe trying to tap into the real deal. Have you ever been in a circle/ swarm pit? Mosh pit etc? I can't soo much these days mainly cause covid(changing!! Actual shows happening again!!woohoo!!) And bad knees and back. But, man lemme tell you that shit is the real deal if you aren't a complete dick for no reason. Really depends on what you're really looking for. Fight clubs are cool. But if your in the Seattle area and just need your ass kicked. Give a dood a call! Better days bro are ahead.
