Identify this Bird

Some pictures of a bird high up in a tree. I captured the bird singing on video but had a hard time trying to find it. I did finally get some better pictures of it but do not know enough about birds to identify it. Pictures were taken on April 30th just a few hours before a tornado hit near Wichita and destroyed homes in Sedgwick and Butler Counties. It is obvious I am new at photographing birds. I do enjoy the song this one sings.
