Identifying Birds with Artificial Intelligence

Telling individual birds of the same species, like two blue jays standing side by side, is really hard to do. But it's something that scientists need to do in order to understand more about the lives of birds. In this video, Museum of Science educator Megan Litwhiler discusses a new artificial intelligence program that could help scientists with tricky bird identifications.
