I don’t think it’s right to compare these two games, yes they are similar in gameplay but they are *very* different in other aspects, people often complain that the survivors in IDV are too powerful, but the thing is, the hunters in DBD are much more powerful as well. Both the hunter and the survivors are much more powerful than the ones in DBD because IDV is usually played in mobile, which means it’s being played for convenience sake, if the characters were toned down the matches would take longer, similar to DBD. Those are just comparisons to show that they are very different, and you can’t really say which game is better.

Jordan Roncal It's similar in gameplay because DBD was first, and DBD has a mobile version now and the perks are still the same as in PC/Console but it's still balanced. In my opinion, DBD depends on the skill of the players, not the perks. IDV's killers and survivor powers seem similar to each other, the puppet guy and teleport lady can go to the survivors location really fast.
