@@miek9412 it's a nickname commonly used in the Chinese fandom. 大猪蹄子 is a slang for a man who doesn't take hints in relationships, who sticks around with many women, kinda like a jerk, but in a joking way. Since Jack is shipped with many characters, Naib would call him a "jerk" (but ofc Jack only loves Naib LMAO). And the word written before 大猪蹄子 is 秃头, which means bald. Again, a common joke in the Chinese fandom since Jack has no hair
