@@nolord2563 first, as the narrator, Victor is the one invited you to the party through flyers, he even has a set of dolls on the doors. The entire lyrics are about some kind of devil's contract that costs your soul to give you the appearance you want, only for joining the party. There is only rule and it's seem likely that you must get out off the party before the midnight or else... The ones turned into the dolls were Priestess, Acrobats, dancers and Robbie. And as you can see, Victor is not, and he is ready to invite more people to his deadly party. More things, Victor at the beginning choses a doll then turn himself into it's appearance, same as other monsters whose can exchange their appearances but not turning into dolls (or they were off-scene but none of them was shown so i assumed). That's the answer, Victor is a devil, same to those monsters, he used one of his victim's appearance to lure and manipulate people to come to his party. It's just my theory lol.
