They are food stamps. This is the reason US has no visible bread lines and soup kitchens of 1929 style. To keep things going US gov keeps authorizing new batches of trillion US dollars to be printed by central bank. Half of the tourists at Niagara Falls Canada are Asians. These must be a new growing middle class while US middle class is dwindling. Western Europe is even worse.
