We had a neighbor that sold her house. The people that bought it started by stealing Cable service. Nothing was ever done except to disconnect their illegal cable. As time went by their water, sewer, and utilities were cut off. Instead of going outside to go to the bathroom they started using their basement. After about six months the house was sold at a Foreclosure sale for almost nothing. The crew that tried to clean up the house had to wear breathers. That house and those people remind me of the Palestinians, ripping up their water and sewer lines in order to make rockets, then putting large containers on their homes for water, and anybody's guess what they are doing with the waste.
