Liked the video just because - it was made by staff of IDFC bank, instead of giving it to some external agency. This is a good way of promoting talent within the institution. The man is honest. Provisions does not bother a person who knows how banking function. In fact protecting the balance sheet is more important than growth or profit etc, as they deal with people money and not their own. One thing which bothers me is the advertisements I see for cricket match by IDFC. Hope someone in IDFC knows what they are doing and not going into cricket match because someone in the institution loves cricket.......reminds me of byju who brought in a world famous footballer just because he adored the footballer. Their call center is another world. It is better to talk to call center agent than the RM, the staff there are outstanding. Good work.
