To the state of Florida came an Aussie one fine day; He cheered for those around him and had a lot to say; No one dared to use his glove no one dared to make a slip; For the Aussie there among them had a big iron on his wrist (big iron on his wrist); It was early in the morning when he flew into the town; He came flying from the south side from Australia upside down; He’s a boxer and he’s comin’ came the whispers from each lip; And he’s here to do some boxing with the big iron on his wrist (big iron on his wrist); In this town there came an artist by the name of the odd 1’s out; And the Aussie had to beat him to get that KZbin clout; Although a man of 24(idk) the flies upon his swatter numbered one and 19 more (one and 19 more); It wasn’t long before the news was relayed to the odd 1 out; And his fans were all silent in doubt; 1 punch he did land and 30 he did miss; KO’d by the Aussie with the big iron on his wrist (big iron on his wrist); The day passed so quickly it was time for them to meet; It was in the boxing arena that they decided to meet; Fans were watching from stands; They all knew that the Aussie was about to shoot his hands (about to shoot his hands); There were 10? Feet between them when he stopped to make his play; And the length of his arms is still talked about to day; The odd one had not taken a step before a glove fairly flew; And the ricocheted into the pews (into the pews); It was over in 1.3 minutes and the fans gathered ‘round; Before them lay the glove of the Aussie on the ground; Nobly accepting victory and taking all his cash; He deposited in a charity and by that I mean his house (by that I mean his house);

3:44 all jokes aside, i've actually seen old timers do with on the range because they were too cheap or lazy to get real ear plugs. i believe R Lee Ermy would use .45 casings as ear plugs in his TV show Mail Call as well. i've tried it, and it kind of sort of works? its better than nothing at all. your fingers work better, but if you need your hands free, its an option lol. i probably wouldn't use a live round though because i'd be worried about the bullet coming out and getting stuck in there
