I find that slowing these videos down all the way and doing it in three sections. Once you get the first section done and memorized, increase the speed but not all the way. I prefer putting the speed one by one, until I get to normal. After you get to normal, repeat the steps for section 2 and 3. By the way it could also work if you divide it into more sections, but 3 or 4 works best for me. This may take awhile, but it is definitely worth it.
