Essentially the trap door opened prematurely and she didn't see it and fell through but not all the way. Her ribs broke her fall. So she broke some ribs and couldn't do her last show the next day.

Not the first Witch to experience trap door issues. In the filming of the Wizard of Oz, Margaret Hamilton (who played the witch) got into a trap door accident and burned half her face when they were filming her exit from Munchkinland.

Haha, yeaaah. At the concert in MN, she was telling the falling story. A lady in the audience goes "I was there!" And she was panting and out of breath and she goes "Oh...I'm sorry you were there (back to the story)." Her dad was in the audience too. That's kinda how the whole thing started.
