@regina6838 Hey! Thanks for the comment! Hearing loss, headaches everyday and pulsating tinnitus to name a few (I'm not gonna make it a laundry list for you to read). I've gotten to the point where I've learned to live with it and really make the good days count. Doctors don't know why it's happening or if it's IIC.

I have normal opening pressure which leads me to suspect the narcisstic doctors diagnosed me with a wrong condition… I suspect pituitary disorder or hypothalamus! I am 18 years old. I was diagnosed with a disease 9 months ago. I had a lumbar proton shunt implanted twice in a row because the first one broke and the second time the surgeon did not install it correctly. It also failed now. I am on treatment with diuretics and some stomach and glaucoma medications and headache medications such as Advil. I was infected with viral spinal fever twice because of the shunts. Now the surgeon. He is putting pressure on me to implant a third shunt because I started to lose my vision due to pressure on the optic nerve. I am a man and I am not obese. My weight is 65 and I do not have any other disease.

@@sazzykebabi1 So, since this I actually figured out what causes this disease! I was just checked 2 weeks ago by neurological ophthalmology and they found ZERO EDMA, NOW! Once I was put on their medications starting with diamox and then topiramate (because I was allergic to diamox) I got EXTREMELY WORSE. My family grew up on herbal healings so I then recognized the signs & believed it to be vitamin/mineral deficiencies... Once having countless symptoms I asked my neurologist to check it my organs were working properly & that I believed I had a vitamin/mineral deficiency... Even with me having symptoms & letting her know I was getting organ pain THEY REFUSED TO CHECK! I got where I was barely urinating, my hair was falling out, I had heart palpitations, spooning of the nail (this is a weird dip that appeard across my big toenails only after taking the meds) Tingling in my hands, & feet etc... After she refused I made an appointment with my PCP. The triage nurse acted crazy and asked "How do you know you have vitamin deficiencies" after I'd told her I was having symptoms! She kept saying it could be IIH! But when the PCP came in he's awesome and listened! Without question he told me he was going to run blood work and also go ahead and check my thyroid (which he added in to check) as well as to ensure my organs were working properly. So, it came back I was CORRECT! My kidneys were not working properly because I was deficient potassium. I was as well deficient in vitamin D and iron. He only prescribed vitamin D and I got the other two over the counter (I didn't get the iron right way due to it shipping late). So, I did immediately start on the Vitamin D (50k iu's once weekly) I took it with Magnesium lactate 200mg, zinc carnosine 84mg (I took this one later during the day because it cant be taken at the sametime), boron 3mg and I upped my dosage of potassium to 4% instead of doing 2%. All the vitamins I were already taking except that dosage of vitamin d. The next day from me taking then vitamin D I was EXTREMELY BETTER & MY SYMPTOMS STARTED DISAPPEARING! I felt EXTREMELY GOOD after taking it one day! Within 2-3 week's ALL MY SYMPTOMS WERE GONE!!! One by one they just disappeared! I also of course added the iron when it got to me but honestly IT WAS THE VITAMIN D. When they checked me 2weeks ago that just gave me the paper confirmation of what I already knew, ZERO EDMA. They were checking because the neurologist was pushing for brain surgery! I don't have "IIH" anymore!!!! I believe it to be nothing but vitamin deficiencies mainly VITAMIN D. I also did research and so can you of others in trials who once they were treated with vitamin d they got better just like me.
