The sun district courts that I don't remember exactly which ones in a couple of state courts have said that you must if you're going to record in public you must make it obvious or conspicuous. In other states and districts there is no mention of it only to mention that you can record in public from the public space. Some states allow for surreptitious recording generally of police only.
