Has anybody else noticed how Russian drivers are constantly in a big hurry? Weaving in and out of traffic, passing any cars moving slower than they are (usually resulting in a sideswipe of a turning vehicle), pulling out from red lights that haven't turned green yet. Do they think they're really saving any time? They're not. They're just increasing their chances of a wreck.
