Dragonic is good if you need to negate a lot of persisting effects at once, especially anything that isn’t a Monster Effect. Leo can’t deal with those. Actual experience. I was playing against Evil Eyes and had gone first, and I was able to build a massive board with both Utopia Rays on the field. My opponent wasn’t able to get over my Utopias, but come next turn and all of my opponent’s buffs were coming from Equip Spells and I had no immediately available way of dealing with them except Dragonic. In short, I was able to win because I ran Dragonic. In short, don’t discount a card just because it’s negate isn’t a Spell Speed 2. What Ultimate Dragonic Utopia Ray lacks in speed, it makes of for in range.
