'Pedestrian' dash cams are in their eyes unfortunately and a lot don't get to be recounted. My observation over the years is that the IQ of a driver once they are in the seat becomes intensely limited. A simpleton. Also, since we're going semi-autonomous with cars, if a human driver has to be there, once they take the wheel they take any legal consequences of trying to barge people who are on foot around with their several ton wheeled box of metal inside three miles of a civic centre. You don't indicate around that corner on a street or speed continually outside school and colleges? ... *bleep* ban. Go to 35 in a 30 zone? ... *bleep* ban. No traffic wardens, just onboard computers like KIT from Knight Rider when he knows Michael is a simply a stupid human hamburger eating drunk : )

Yes, the driver was a half-witted twat coming in too fast at a red light on a crossing. This is sometimes where the pedestrian asks you to get out of the car and have a talk. They are asking driver to get out of that protective shroud they love and see if their attitude on the road is worth it to them standing up on their own two feet. Generally, the driver inevitably hides their face or refuses eye contact proving themselves to demonstrably weaker, they become truly impotent in terms of will just sitting there in that metal box they think of as a weapon.
