The first one with the ban was unreasonable. Yes you rammed him, but you made an attempt to avoid him and it was just an oversteered pass. It would've been completely different if you had intentionally rammed him. #FreeTony

I rarely overtake on back roads, I just let the others overtake me, and if they mess up, their own troubles. One time I tried to overtake someone (I had 1 ton trailer), the jerk was pressing full gas (also considered as reckless driving as it prevents me from overtaking)
