The driver at 0:57 was not in the wrong as his speed was too fast to slow down as u pulled out meaning he was already committed to the overtake. It would have been unsafe for the bus to have stopped when you pulled out. In that case you should have waited till that bus passed then pulled out after it. However, although this situation would be leaned towards you’re fault, from the rest of your driving in the whole rest of the video, you’re one of the best Croydon drivers out there, so keep it up!

I haven’t stated but the driver was also speeding and was pretty much driving in the middle of the road. He wouldn’t have cut me off if he would’ve drove by the speed limit and stayed in his lane. (he wasn’t able to)
