It is normal because this is supposed to be like a old playstation 1 version of Minecraft so it looks like its lagging but it actually is just at a locked framerate.

I tried downloading the mod to play with a friend but the menu doesnt appear, ¿how did you make it work?

Yeah my menu was also pretty messed up but after downloading the mod you need a mod called essential to play multiplayer on it: essential.gg/en and the guy who made the PSX mod made a tutorial on how to fix the menu: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2HUmWyOnMiHZtUsi=GqMWyw8wEjQidazK after that my menu was still a bit goofy but still usable (resizing the window can also help) but hopefully this fixes your issue :)
