This is an amazing race between Brent and Dallas. Two excellent mushers . How can you not want Brent to win his first Iditarod and at the same time how can we not cheer for Dallas's 6th win . Love them all .

I know it seems like it was pretty close, but Brent Sass has stayed in the lead since Cripple. What a display of dominance over a 5x champ. Brent has run a legendary race. I love Dallas Seavey and all, but Brent Sass has shown what him and his dogs are made of. They fought harder than any other team for almost the entirety of the race.

Brent Sass is running one of the greatest races I've ever seen anyone run. He's been ahead of everyone since Cripple. I don't think there's any chance Dallas can catch him now. I know that he knows that this race isn't over, yet. But, it's pretty much over. He pretty much has it won. There's hardly a chance at all that he won't win it.
