Maybe you need to have the adult game filter checked, there is some nudity the first couple of min in game. Nothing big I find personally and its very pixelated, guess in the vein of conan exiles nudity. But apparently in modern day times its too much I guess to show even if its only very briefly in the game until your character equip weapons and armor pieces.

What @Barzarel said was exactly my problem as well! I had the nudity filter on for steam games and it caused issues. I also heard that for some countries there might be issues because of a missing age rating for the game or something

different direction of the genre. Bullet Hell has you trying to avoid an onslaught of enemy projectiles with often clear patterns to learn and avoid, while bullet heaven are those called where you slaughter masses of enemies with an ever increasing firepower/amount of projectiles from your side. Though those are just the two extremes, many games are somewhere in the middleground between those.
