@@lowbarb I'm not sure if it's still good, but I focused on area size and multistrike for the meteor ability and my entire screen was covered in explosions as long as I stood still, this play style pairs well with Arcane Rift for more AOE damage but if you need lots of consistent damage or just other strong abilities, try - Ring Blades, Transfixation or Phantom Needles. The other abilities CAN do good damage, but these ones are a safe choice for good damage.

Would someone please explain how skills work exactly? Do they have their own base stats or do they scale off your base stats? Or whatever your current stats are after all equipment and level ups? Do temporary stat bonuses apply?

I’ve been running the lightning sorceress with the shield maiden blessing or whatever and having similar results. Just pumping block strength and if you can make it to a certain point you’re practically invincible

Dont know why you did not prioritize Area and even ban Range. Both would have been tremendously useful for all your auto-attacks.

Just wait until you unlock the ability to retrieve Uncommon grade gear from runs. Getting Plated Boots, Defiant Plate (Passive), Helmet, and Blood Catcher (Life) you'll feel truly invincible with Shield Maiden

@@splitboarder666 You have to unlock and complete The Vault. Once you've done this, the boss of the Vault drops a relic that makes a shrine appear in the halls which allows you to retrieve Uncommon gear

Actually you want as much crit chance as you can get as you can multi crit in this game.

Does that apply to the guaranteed crit from the gloves? I was thinking it might just be a "100%" crit (so no multicrit)
