IDLES are a band that we all need the most. Right now there's so much negativity and hate going on in the world and considering we live in an age where we are more connected than ever; humans have never been so divided whether that be for their personality, culture or ethnicity. Today there's such a culture of hatred and being pessimistic and hopeless but IDLES compleatly fight against this culture by using "Joy as an act of resistance". The juxtaposition between the angry instrumentals and positive and meaningful lyrics are just perfect in my opinion. I'm thankful that there's a band like IDLES in a time where we needed them most. Spread positivity, not hate

I was getting crazy saying to myself...I have heard that line plenty of times and couldn´t match it. I wrote it on the internet and there it was...a freak like me had already asked the same thing...It´s great to see there are more things that bring us together than separate us. We are the same.
