Oliver thinks Batman didn't have a contingency for him because he didn't perceive him to be a threat but I think it's actually a nod to Justice League Unlimited, Batman was very adamant about having someone to keep the league in check and he had his eyes set on Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) for that role. So in actuality it's not that Oliver isn't a serious threat, it's that Bats believes wholeheartedly that he's the one person he doesn't need a contingency for.

Green Arrow is my favorite DCU hero. I don't know why, I just really like Daredevil and G.A. type heroes/vigilantes. Even with the "break his arms" plan, Oliver is still a major threat with how easily he can adapt and overcome with certain compromises.

Well that’s the point. Superman is the symbol of hope. He’s more human then most humans m. And one of the kindest people in DC. He’s not perfect but he does his best for humanity. The thing is, they were on a strict schedule and with most of the Justice league killed, Lex not being around anymore to actually stop superman, and superman is now a very violent and unstoppable force. They only had very few options to actually stop him so their best bet was to leave superman alone to follow them, kill him, or figure a way to phantom zone him with a battle between the Amazon's and Alantians and the evacuation of earth in a single moment.

I loved this series so much. Green Arrow getting upset that Batman had no contingency plan to take him down if he became a Threat.. and then one shotting Arthur on his entrance and saying "Fuck you Batman" was some highlights. Also when I saw Flash turn, I was like "Oh shit, the fastest man alive is now the fastest virus spreader to ever exist now" I like how the villains during this also were doing things for civilians and kids to help them. Solomon Grundy had a heart of Gold. :c

Cool as this was, the story doesn't make much sense on a number of levels. Especially when you talk about infecting the Flash or Superman. The Flash is way too fast for a virus to kill him. As soon as it's in him, he just needs to vibrate and its gone. Reverse flash stayed alive for months (or weeks, I can't remember) after he got shot right through the brain by Batman. No way Flash is going down to a virus. If he doesn't get infected, then Superman doesn't. Also, did they forget that Superman can breathe in space?

The zombie infection in his bloodstream was his as well. they were kryptonian zombie cells, meaning if his normal cells get a boost from the sun, then so does his zombie cells. But that's my assumption, if you wanna press details about it, the zombie cells that made him rogue, shouldn't have been able to infect his cells to begin with. as kryptonian cells are bound to be stronger than that of a human.
