i think it's not about that.. because the editor didn't add the other trainer who wait on backstage too in this clip... they did not edit it properly and on individual cam they're performance are good, with stable vocal too.. (just yanlei looks stiff because he's a new traine, but his expression looks really cool tho..

although both groups were good, this group was clearly better. they had stronger vocals and fit the concept better. some people don't like dong yanlei bc he's too "rude" but he's really not, he worked very hard for this performance and when they lost he blamed himself for bringing down the rest of the group, he clearly does care just doesn't show it as well. i hope you guys can support these talented boys, they deserve more recognition ❤❤

V is my life!!!! I love V I can say that this team is dope on talent, but the visuals in Team B are dope, especially Wenjun. I also didn't get that much beast like vibe from BuFan in his rap, but idk why. He just looks like someone standing there talking fast, but in an angry tone.

Dong Yanlei? I know that : 1. People pissed off and find him annoying when he was vloging (for Idol Producer iQiyi content) and then he's joking around 'stealing' his friends foods while they're eating (he seems really like meat though, and always hungry). 2. When calling that cute white puppy (at Idol Producer dorm) with one of contestant's name (who also walk and laugh beside him), some people find him rude. etc. etc. 3. When He Dong Dong tried to having conversation with him (in the beginning of episode 1, choosing seat) he seems distance. Some people think he should more polite and talk more to He Dong Dong. Idk, I personally think he's shy because He Dong Dong compliment him a lot that he's really good looking, some people think he's acted snob. I just think he's socially awkward. So, what else he's doing now?

And yea, I forgot: 4. '10 days trainee' that's what they called him. He just 10 days training in singing and dancing before straight up sent to Idol Producer camp by his management (dang, imagine the pressure though), but somehow he's doing good and manage in top 20 rank online voting, better than other trainees who who trained years and months with better singing/dancing talents and ability. People say because he's tall (188 cm) and good looking model. Well, he's down to rank 90 after losing this first stage live studio voting, along with other Team A members. He also seemed feel guilty and frustrate because of this. Yanlei and QuanZhe are the ones from Team A who caught crying on camera, Junyi get discipline by Lay off camera. Any controversies by Dong Yanlei that I missed? Anyone would add?

I preferred their performance to Team B as well.. I was shocked they lost....However, the good news is despite the fact they lost to team B, the majority of this group placed high up in the ranking after the first cut from 100 to 60. This shows that the Citzen producers really loved them and their performance... They may not have your typical flower boy visuals but they are memorable in their own way.... Maybe people like myself appreciated the concept and delivery more than the pretty faces...
