దోశ , సాంబారు ఫిల్టర్ కాఫీ తమిళ్ నాడు లో టాప్. ఇంకెక్కడ ఆ రుచి రాదు. రంగు రంగుల దోసె తింటే వికారమే వస్తుంది Under ground water తో వంట చేస్తే రుచి బాగా ఉండదు. అన్నం పప్పు చప్పగా ఉంటాయి. గోదావరి నదిలో నీళ్ళు టాప్ ద్వారా వస్తాయి. ఆ నీళ్ళే వంటకి వాడతాము . Hyd water taste చాలా బాగుంటుంది.

Meeru cheppindi 100% correct. మనం ఇంట్లో వేసుకునే దోశ, idly lalo మినపప్పు క్వాంటిటీ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. దాని వల్ల ఆ recipe tasty ga ఉంటుంది. బయట బండ్ల మీద వేసే దోశలు అసలు టేస్టీ గా ఉండవు. పైగా తింటే పొట్టంత ఏదో గడబిడ గా ఉంటుంది. ఇంట్లో ఫుడ్ natural. Manam చేత్తో ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళకి వేసి పెడుతుంటే ఆ సంతోషం వేరు. ఇక తప్పకపోటే బయట ఫుడ్ తింటాము. Eat home food. Good for health 😊

Good conversation! Being related to all three places (Konaseema, Krishna and Hyderabad) all my childhood I have always heard people referring to "krishna neellu, godavari neellu and hyderabad neellu". So, the difference has always been there and recognized. This added the scientific logic to it as well.

Exactly water has taste i went to Salem, there black halva is famous,i visited a sweet shop it is in tiny size and selling hundreds of kgs, by seeing that i was shocked, after enquiring i came to know that they use Kaveri river water which will flow in their town, these people are using that water to make halwa and it gives the wow factor it seems... By listening ur comment i remembered that insident.... Thanks Teja garu..

నిజమే నీళ్లకు రుచి ఎందుకు ఉండదు కచ్చితంగా ఉంటుంది. కొందరు బావులు ఉండగా పప్పులు త్వరగా ఉడుకుద్ది అని బోర్ నీళ్లు వాడుతారు. కొన్ని నీళ్లలో డీటెర్జెంట్ నురుగు రాదు కొన్ని నీటిలో ఎక్కువ నురుగు వస్తుంది. కొందరు చెఫ్ లు కూడా పెద్ద పెద్ద ఫంక్షన్స్ లో బోర్, బావి నీళ్లు వంటలకు వాడారు... నీటికి అంత ప్రాముఖ్యత ఉన్నప్పుడు. ☝️ నిజమే.... కదా.... నీళ్లు ఒక్కో ప్రాంతం లో ఒక్కో రుచిని సంతరించుకుంటాయి. అలాగే వంటలకి కూడా ప్రత్యేకమైన రుచిని తీసుకొస్తాయి.

7:47 నీళ్లకు రుచి ఉంటుంది.... అందుకే సముద్రపు నీరు ఉప్పగా, కోనలో నీరుతీయగా , నదిలో నీరు చప్పగా ఉంటాయి. కానీ విషయం ఏంటంటే ఏ నీరుకైన రుచి వుంది అని అంటే అది కలుషితమైనది అని అర్థం. భూమిలోని ఖనిజాల వలన కానీ, ఆకులు ఎండి కుళ్లిపోవడం వలన కానీ ఆ రుచి వస్తుంది. ఇక్కడ ఇంకో విషయం; ఇలా కలుషితం అవ్వడం వలన కొన్ని నీరు త్రాగవచ్చు, కొన్ని త్రాగకూడదు. స్వచ్ఛమైన నీరుకి మాత్రమే రుచి ఉండదు. వర్షపు నీరు మాత్రమే స్వచ్ఛమైనవి.

Hello Teja garu, meeru cheppindhi aksharala nijam, water tho taste anedhi place to place totally different, my experience too, I prepare same dish two different places(same ingredients same process) but tase is different Sensible people only recognize that, well said sir, why the difference of water, different types of soil.... Exactly, not only preparation of food, growing vegetables and fruits, especially leafy vegetables are different taste, I noticed that, growing in red soil vegetables and fruits taste good
